Catherine Mendoza is an occupational therapist, mental health practitioner, and yoga instructor who built Wellbeing Practice to meet people meets them where they are. With over five years across private practice, acute mental health, and paediatrics, and an additional five years of being a residential youth worker, mentor, allied health assistant, and early intervention learning facilitator, Catherine brings clinical depth, lived experience, and genuine warmth to every person she works with.
